The updates listed in below apply to the 2012-2013 Argosy University Academic Catalog—Graduate Programs | Volume 3, Issue 1. In addition to correcting errors in the 2012-2013 Argosy University Academic Catalog—Graduate Programs | Volume 3, Issue 1, this publication compiles new and updated information.
The entries below describe where the new information should be inserted. Students are encouraged to contact their academic advisor or program chair in the event they have any questions regarding changes in program requirements.

Section Six, Financial Policies and Assistance
Updates
The updates described below apply to Institutional Refund Policy .
The first sentence of the first paragraph should be deleted and replaced with the following:
The Institutional Refund Policy applies to students who drop all courses in a semester, whether through providing notification to the University or ceasing attendance without notification. Exceptions to this policy are students who are enrolled in programs offered at campuses located in Georgia and Virginia, as well as students who are residents of Georgia, Iowa, Maryland, Virginia, and Wisconsin who are enrolled in programs offered by Argosy University Online Programs.
The refund schedule for Argosy University Online programs should modified as follows. A subheading that reads “7.5 Week Courses” should be inserted above the refund schedule chart that currently appears on the above referenced page. In addition, a refund schedule chart for 5 week courses should be inserted on the above referenced page preceding the 7.5 week course refund schedule. Refund schedules for both 5 week courses and 7.5 week courses are reproduced below with updated content conveyed in red:

Unless otherwise authorized, students are not allowed to enter an online course after the second day of 5-week and 7.5-week courses and after the fifth day of a 15-week course.

The following should be inserted as the second sentence of the second paragraph under “Argosy University Online Programs”:
Students enrolled in a 5 week course who fail to meet the attendance requirements for any 2 weeks during a course will be administratively withdrawn from the course.
The third sentence of the second paragraph under “Argosy University Online Programs” has been modified. The specific update is conveyed below in red :
Students enrolled in a 7.5 week course who fail to meet the attendance requirements for 2 consecutive weeks during a course will be administratively withdrawn from the course.
The following should be inserted as the second sentence of the fourth paragraph under “Argosy University Online Programs”:
The last week of a 5 week class begins on Tuesday at 12:00 am MT to 11:59 pm the following Monday.
The following should be inserted as the second sentence of the fifth paragraph under “Argosy University Online Programs”:
