The entries below describe where the new information should be inserted. Students are encouraged to contact their academic advisor or program chair in the event they have any questions regarding changes in program requirements.

Section One, Introduction
Update
The following should be inserted on the above referenced page under “Argosy University Online Programs,” the second topic under “State Licensing .”
Argosy University will register with the Maryland Higher Education Commission as an Out-of-State Institution of Higher Education offering online education. The University is in the process of completing the registration application and will submit the application by October 1, 2012. Argosy University’s registration is dependent on the approval or denial of the Secretary of Higher Education.

If a complaint cannot be resolved after exhausting the institution’s complaint procedures, the student may file a complaint with the Office of the Attorney General of the Maryland Higher Education Commission 6 N. Argosy University is subject to investigation of complaints by the Office of the Attorney General of the Maryland Higher Education Commission.

The Maryland State Refund Policy applies to students who are residents of Maryland. A Maryland student that withdraws or is terminated after completing only a portion of a course, program, or term within the applicable billing period is as follows:
